How do we create the perfect
packaging?

Engineering and design

We discuss the dimensions and packaging details with you. We develop a drawing, and produce a prototype on a plotter. We check the sample for compliance with the design and dimensions
Development of technical documentation

Based on the prototype, we develop a manufacturing plan - according to it, your orders will be manufactured in future. We coordinate and approve the documentation and application of the design
Preparing for manufacture

At the corrugating unit, we produce a blank with the required parameters. At the paint mixing station, we prepare a set of paints for the order in accordance with the approved pantones and samples. After passing through the processing line, the design is applied to the blank and the required shape is carved
Production and shipment

We manufacture your order in accordance with the stated parameters. The color, dimensions of the box and the characteristics of the cardboard are checked for compliance with the requirements of the manufacturing plan. The finished packaging arrives at the warehouse for subsequent shipment to the consumer
Quality control

In the laboratory, we check the dimensions of the box, compliance of the indicators of physical and mechanical properties, and additional individual requirements. Color matching with the pantone is checked with a spectrophotometer. All data is entered into the online quality log
