Maintenance and Repair Planning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Planning of scheduled maintenance, current and major repairs
• Recording of elimination of comments on equipment operation
• Tracking the work performed by the service department
• Implementation of the project for the introduction of the IS MRO
• Entering NSI into the IS MRO
• Formation of management reports for the engineering service

Requirements

• Know and be able to apply methods for calculating equipment reliability
• Know and be able to apply the failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) methodology
• Know and be able to apply the fault tree analysis (FTA) technique
• Know and be able to apply methods of non-destructive testing of parts and components of equipment
• Know and be able to apply risk-based equipment maintenance methodologies (RCM, RBI, FMECA)
• Know and be able to apply the methodology for calculating the cost of ownership of equipment (LCC)
• Advanced user skills in working with a personal computer, knowledge of CAD software (Compass or AutoCAD), MS WORD text editor, MS Excel spreadsheets or similar programs from the Office suite, 1C TOiR
• Know and be able to apply methods of planning equipment operation and repair work
• Know and be able to apply methods of installation and repair of equipment, organization and technology of repair work
• Know and be able to apply the procedure for compiling defect lists, passports, spare parts drawing albums, equipment operating instructions and other technical documentation
• Know and be able to apply the rules for accepting and returning equipment after repair
• Know and be able to apply the requirements of rational organization of labor during operation, repair and modernization of equipment and repair equipment
• Advanced domestic and foreign experience in enterprise repair and maintenance
• Know and be able to apply the basics of economics, organization of production, labor and management
• Know and be able to apply the fundamentals of environmental legislation, the fundamentals of labor legislation, and the rules and regulations of labor protection
