Responsibilities

  • Ensuring uninterrupted operation of the enterprise's life support systems - power supply, heat supply, ventilation and air conditioning, water supply and sewerage, fire extinguishing, energy and technological equipment, uninterrupted operation of the boiler house (the boiler house is on the balance sheet, heat energy is supplied to the outside)
  • Development of annual plans for service maintenance, all types of maintenance and repairs, scheduled preventive maintenance. Formation and implementation of the budget
  • Minimizing the amount of downtime associated with equipment failure (related both to the timeliness and quality of equipment maintenance, and to training personnel in operating rules and monitoring compliance with these rules)
  • Efficient use of resources (electricity, water, gas, components) – preparation and implementation (together with the chief power engineer) of proposals to reduce the consumption of these resources per area of ​​production
  • High level of technical equipment of the production site – preparation and implementation (together with related services) of proposals for automation and modernization of sections
  • Monitoring the fulfillment of contractual obligations by design and construction organizations
  • Interaction with government supervisory authorities
  • Management, selection and training of technical service personnel. 60 people under supervision

Requirements

  • Experience in corrugated board production is welcomed
  • Higher education (engineering and technical)
  • Experience in ISO 9001, 22000 certified organizations with structured activities
  • Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Knowledge of the legislative framework for carrying out production activities
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing (Lean Enterprise, Toyota Production System, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and methods and/or analogues (5S, TPM, Kaizen, TQM, Six Sigma, etc.)
  • Successful experience in developing and implementing PPR
  • Successful experience in implementing programs to reduce enterprise energy consumption
  • Successful experience in implementing occupational health and safety methods
  • Availability of all necessary permits
  • Experience in passing inspections at various levels
  • Leadership qualities, responsibility, ability to work in a team, excellent communication skills
  • Experience in servicing and repairing large industrial facilities
  • Theoretical and practical skills in organizing the operation of equipment
