Sale of technical equipment
A line for the production of a four-flap corrugated box with three-color printing and rotary die-cutting ТCY 9РA is available. The line was manufactured in 2009.
The maximum size of the blank to be processed is 660x1800 mm, and using the Skip-Fid system - 840x1800 mm.
The minimum size of the blank to be processed is 190x370 mm.
The maximum line speed is 350 sheets/min.
The line consists of:
- Section with vacuum roller feeding of blanks. SUN gear.

Flexo printing section with a camera-squeegee system and ceramic anilox shaft, with roller transfer of the blank between sections - 3 pcs. (thickness of the photopolymer cliche is 6.35 mm).
- Section for cutting flaps and applying creasing (four-roller slotter). Thickness of cutting knives is 7.5 mm.
- Rotary die-cutting section with the lower location of the die-bearing shaft.
- Seam gluing section with Valco glue application system.
- Counter-ejector with bottom loading.
